Dear Parents and Guardians of Purcell Public School Students,
As we come to the end of another great school year, I am proud to reflect back on all the wonderful events and activities that have happened throughout the 2022-2023 school year. From our capital improvement projects such as new and repaired roofs, carpeting, new cafeteria flooring, painting, upgraded sound systems, and additional playground equipment, to successful program additions like our Outdoor Class that brought archery to our campuses, choir and the addition of Technology Student Association at the high school, it has been a year of growth and improvement for our schools.
We are excited to look forward to the future, with new curricular materials being added to our classrooms, an Aviation Program, Soccer, and the addition of a full-time secondary Media Specialist. These enhancements will greatly benefit our students in achieving academic success and personal growth.
Throughout this year, we have seen our students thrive in various settings, from in-classroom instruction to extracurricular activities and community involvement. It is through our commitment to excellence and dedication to the student experience that we were able to achieve so much success this year.
I view it as an honor to serve this community and your children, and I am grateful for your continued support of our district. We truly appreciate the trust you have placed in us to provide an optimal educational experience for your children.
Enjoy your summer with your families, and we look forward to welcoming the students back for another great year in the Fall.
Sincerely,
Dr. Sheli McAdoo
Superintendent
Purcell Public School.
