No School Monday, February 14th, for Professional Development.
Kindness Week is Coming!
We will be celebrating Kindness week all across the district the week of February 15-18! During kindness week we are encouraging our students to do acts of kindness throughout the week with the great kindness challenge sheet that each student will receive from their teacher. We encourage you to talk about this with your child and ask them what kind things they have done throughout the week. We will also do a kindness lesson and activity in counseling class this week as well. Showing kindness to others is important and modeling this for our Little Dragons is how they learn. We can’t wait for this special week!!
We will be ending our Kindness Week with 50's dress up and celebrating Valentine's Day on Friday, February 18th. This doesn't have to be an expensive outfit. This can be very simple dress such as rolled up student pant legs and shirt cuffs. You can put a ribbon in hair or slick it back for boys with jeans with a white t-shirt is perfect! Last year was our first year to celebrate this tradition and the students, teachers and staff loved it! We are all looking forward to it!

Purcell Public Schools will have a traditional snow day on Friday, February 4th due to inclement weather. All activities are canceled. Stay tuned for further communication regarding new date for basketball homecoming. Stay safe and warm!

Snow Day February 3rd
Thank you for completing assignments with your child today. We want you all to stay safe and warm and appreciate all that you do!
Although we sent work to accommodate any online connection with teachers, taking care of family needs during extreme weather conditions is very important.
Internet providers in our area have reported issues with services. If your family has experienced interruptions today, your student will have the opportunity to address any unfinished assignments as all videos are saved here on your teacher’s classroom post. In light of the connection issues, Thursday, February 3rd will be counted as a snow day. Information regarding Friday will be communicated as soon as possible. Stay safe and warm!
Share some fun photos with us tomorrow! 🐲⛄️❄️🥶❤️
