What a fun day in Pre-K! We had special visitors from the farm join us at school today. We have been learning about farms for the past two weeks and this was a treat to be able to get a closer look a few animas that live there.
Thank you to Mr. Nicklas for teaching us more about these animals and letting us experience a little piece of the farm here at school!

PES August Teacher & Staff of the month are 1st grade teacher Paige Brown and custodian Sandra Hernandez. Read what their colleagues had to say about them:
Paige Brown: She always goes above and beyond to not only make sure her class is ready to go, but she also takes care of her fellow teachers and their classes as well.
She goes above and beyond at every turn to do things for others. I can’t think of a single person that is more deserving of recognition for all her efforts.
Sandra Hernandez: Every time I see Sandra, she is always working hard and anytime there is a need for the bathrooms or cleanup, she is always on top of it and with a smile!
Going above and beyond to make our building look awesome!
Sandra always has a smile on her face and is always willing to go above her job description to take care of business. We are lucky to have her!
Sandra has always been very helpful with anything I might need. Last year as a paraprofessional and this year as a custodian! I know I can always count on her with a smile always on her face!
Very deserving ladies and we are blessed to have them! Congratulations to both. 🐲❤️
