Mrs. Ainsworth's 1st grade class & Ms. Cloud's 2nd grade class with each class selling 400 bags! ALL students did a great job and will be rewarded with ice cream before the break.🍿♥️😍🍦🐲 You will be notified when your child's order is ready for pickup at the school. The National Weather Service has advised that severe thunderstorms with the potential of high winds, flooding, lightning and a risk of tornadoes will come through our area between 4 a.m. to 9 a.m on Monday, November 18th. This is when we have students waiting at bus stops and parents dropping students off. Out of an abundance of caution, the start of school day will be delayed until 10 a.m. Buses will run on this delayed schedule at 9 a.m.so please plan accordingly. Doors will open at 9:30 a.m. Breakfast will be served as usual. Schools will release at normal dismissal time. Parents may also elect to have their student complete the day virtually. Thank you for your understanding and commitment to student and staff safety.

Don't forget that our food drive continues through tomorrow, Wednesday, November 13th! All donations help with holiday food baskets for families in our community. The classes are having a competition to see which class can bring in the most items! Parents, you may bring food items to our Fall Into Learning night tonight and drop them off at the donation table. Just stop by and see Mrs. Stone first so she can add your item count to your teacher's tally. Also, parents please stop by our Lost & Found tonight while at Fall Into Learning night and claim any lost items!

Please join me in giving well wishes to an amazing woman, Mrs. Ciara Register! She has worked hard, finished her degree and continued to lead Head Start at the Elementary. We have loved having her here and all that she's done for students, teachers and families. She will be missed! She has accepted a position with Norman Regional Hospital and although we will miss her, we wish her many blessings in this new position! Go be YOU Ciara, and continue to be amazing!♥️🐲♥️
