Please join us today for the performance from Missoula Children’s Theater as they, in partner with Purcell Schools, present Aladdin! Doors will open for the community at 2:30 and the show will begin at 3:00. Ticket sales will be at the door; Adult $5 and Children $3. They did a wonderful job in yesterday's performance for 2nd & 3rd grade students! Such a great run through performance to be ready for today. We would like to give a special thanks to Missoula directors, Nancy Ward and Adam Ford for the amazing work they have done this week with our students! PES 3rd 9wks Perfect Attendance: Attendance is very important and we would like to recognize students who had Perfect Attendance since the beginning of school for the 3rd 9wks. We are excited to be bring Missoula Children's Theatre back to Purcell! It will be here March 20th-25th. We are in need of an accompanist to play piano for these practices and performances. Compensation is provided. Thursday, March 9th, is hat day! Hat Days are a fun way to celebrate and wear a hat to school as well as give back to our friends in need. Be creative or just have fun wearing your favorite hat while helping us support our school community! The money from hat day will go to support students that might be in need of a coat, backpack, and other items that support our students and classrooms. 🧢👒🎩🎓🪖⛑️ Thank you for your support!

Missoula Children’s Theatre to present “Aladdin” on March 24th & 25th Auditions will be held for the Missoula Children’s Theatre (MCT) production of “Aladdin” Monday, March 20, at 3:30 p.m. and end by 5:30 p.m. Those auditioning should arrive at 3:30 p.m. and plan to stay for the full two hours. Some of the cast members will be asked to stay for a rehearsal immediately following the auditions. No advance preparation is necessary. Assistant directors will also be cast to aid in rehearsals throughout the week and to take on essential backstage responsibilities. “Aladdin” will be presented at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, March 24, and Saturday, March 25, at 3 p.m. at the old Purcell Junior High Auditorium, 201 Lester Lane. Ticket pricing for Saturday: adults $10, children $5. A DVD of the performance will be offered for purchase. Missoula Children’s Theatre touring productions are complete with costumes, scenery, and props. The MCT tour actors/directors will conduct rehearsals throughout the week each day. Students enrolled in grades kindergarten through 12th grade are invited to audition. The Missoula Children’s Theatre residency in Purcell is presented locally through Purcell Schools with support from the Purcell School Foundation. Students enrolled in grades kindergarten through 12th grade are invited to audition. Students from surrounding schools may audition for a fee of $25 which is refundable if the student is not cast.
