Students who are attending Summer School will be able to eat both breakfast and lunch at the schools and will not be eligible for meal pickup at Southway while Summer School is in session (June 5th- 22nd). I strongly encourage families to take advantage of the Summer Feeding Program. It is great for our students and community as a way to fight
childhood hunger. It also benefits the schools. Please plan to take advantage of this opportunity!

Thank you Parents and some Grandparents for joining us for parent picnics today! It was a great way to end the year and celebrate together! As I was walking through the halls this afternoon I found this note. It says, " I will miss you on Summer Break." It spoke to my heart.
May you all have a blessed Summer Break and enjoy some fun in the sun! We will miss you but will see you soon!
I will be sending out a newsletter next Monday about Summer School and the Summer Feeding Program. Have a great Mother's Day weekend! Happy Mother's Day to all of our Moms!
