Summer Vacation

The time has certainly flown by since we began school in August.  At times, this year has flown by and other times, it seemed like it might not end.  A lot has changed and flexibility was at a premium.   I am proud to say that we have navigated a really treacherous road over the last 10 months and have succeeded in providing our students with five day in-person learning, virtual, blended and distance learning options, athletics, band, extracurricular activities and academic competitions.   We met our goal to make this as normal of a year as possible given the circumstances of a global pandemic.  I am convinced that we can tackle any challenge and come out on top!

I could not be more proud of how our students, teachers, staff, administrators, board and parents adjusted to the new normal of cleaning, socially distancing and wearing masks.  It was not easy, but it afforded us the opportunity to be together in support of one another.  As we bid farewell to 2021 school year and look toward 2022 with anticipation, I want to express my gratitude to each of you.  I wish you an awesome summer and hope some of the great lessons we learned about enjoying time together as a family carries forward for a long time to come.   I am looking forward to seeing you back in August as we continue our path to excellence!
