Conger Field Reserved Seats – 2020 Football Season
Due to the uncertainty associated with Covid-19 the All Sports Booster Club is taking a multi step approach regarding Reserved Seats for Dragon regular season home football games.
First, we are asking any Reserved Seat holders from last year who DO NOT intend to renew for the 2020 season to notify the Booster Club ASAP. Please email Jennifer Smith at jennssmith@yahoo.com that you will NOT renew. Thank you in advance for helping us with this step.
The Booster Club will follow the guidance of the Oklahoma State Department of Health regarding outdoor gatherings, social distancing, etc. We will work closely with the school district to mirror their policies. Currently we would be required to social distance at Conger Field which means only a percentage of the seats would be available. Those of you with reserved seats from the 2019 season will be given first priority for 2020 seats.
Next we will develop a system to allocate as many reserved seats as possible. This means you may not have the same seats you had last year. Once the pandemic is behind us we will revert to the 2019 list in order to secure seats for future seasons. In the near future we will reach out to 2019 seat holders for reservations and seat assignments on a first pay basis. Please DO NOT send payment prior to our request, it will not be accepted.
Lastly, we do not have all the answers. Our goal is to satisfy as many of you as possible and to raise money that will directly benefit our student athletes. We are hopeful for a full season of games but will develop refund policies regarding limited games or no games.
